CUURT 6-month Sole Warranty

CUURT Muuv Pickleball and Tennis shoes are covered by a 6-month Sole Warranty for the outsole. This warranty covers instances where the outsole is worn down and exposes the midsole within 6 months from the purchase date.

Warranty Details:

The warranty only covers the rubber outsole of the shoe. Any damage to the toe bumper or upper material of the shoe is not covered under the outsole warranty.
Each sole warranty claim is limited to a one-time replacement.
CUURT reserves the right to evaluate and decide whether the shoe qualifies for replacement.
Should the purchased shoe be discontinued, store credit in the amount of the original purchase price on the invoice may be applied toward another pair of shoes.

Where's the lateral support? I don't see rigid side structures.

That's the point. We built stability INTO the shoe's foundation instead of strapping it ON.

Wider sole base (from the wide toe box) + natural toe splay = a stable
platform created by your foot's natural mechanics. This activates your foot's lateral stability system instead of replacing it with rigid materials.

You get confident lateral movement because your foot is actually stable,
not just held in place. The difference? Your stability improves the more you play, instead of depending on the shoe to do the work.

I have plantar fasciitis. Will these help?

I've always worn traditional court shoes. Why should I switch?

Will I need time to adjust to zero drop shoes?

Most players adapt within 1-2 sessions. Start with your regular playing
schedule — your feet are designed to move this way. If you're currently in
highly elevated shoes, you may notice your calves working more at first.
This means your feet are strengthening, not struggling.

What about arch support? These don't look like they have much.

By design. Your foot has 33 joints and over 100 muscles, tendons, and
ligaments that create natural arch support—when allowed to work. Rigid
arch support creates dependency. CUURT strengthens your foot's natural
architecture while protecting from court impact.
