FREE Size Exchanges (30 Days)

We want you to find the perfect fit! If the size isn't right, we've got you covered:

What qualifies:

  • Within 30 days of receiving your order
  • Shoes must be in perfect condition (tried on at home or worn for a few games)

How it works:

  1. Contact us at help@cuurt.com within 30 days
  2. We'll send you a FREE return label
  3. Send back your shoes using our label
  4. Meanwhile, we'll ship your new size
  5. No additional cost to you for the exchange

Full Refunds (30 Days)

What qualifies:

  • Shoes must be in brand new, unworn condition:
    • Never worn outside
    • Only tried on indoors on clean surfaces
    • No visible wear on outsole
    • Original packaging intact
    • All tags attached
  • Within 30 days of receiving your order

How it works:

  1. Contact us at help@cuurt.com to request a return
  2. We'll provide you with our return address
  3. You arrange and pay for return shipping, or we send you a return label at additional cost, to our address
  4. Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 10 business days
  5. Refund will be issued to your original payment method

Important: Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.


Damages, Defects & Wrong Items

If you receive damaged, defective, or incorrect items, we cover all costs:

  • Contact us immediately at help@cuurt.com
  • We'll send a FREE return label
  • You'll receive a full refund or replacement at no cost to you

This is our responsibility, not yours!


European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

For EU customers, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days for any reason:

  • Shoes must be in the same condition you received them (unworn, unused, with tags and original packaging)
  • Contact us at help@cuurt.com to initiate the return
  • Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect
  • Full refund will be processed within 10 business days of receiving your return

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Sale items or items purchased with discount codes above 20%
  • Gift cards
  • Shoes showing significant wear or damage beyond trying on at home
  • Items returned without prior authorization
