Muuv shoes aren't medical devices, but many players with plantar fasciitis report improvement. Wide toe box reduces strain, zero drop promotes natural mechanics, and Terra-Ground cushioning protects from impact. Always consult your doctor for medical concerns.
Will I need time to adjust to zero drop shoes?
Most players adapt within 1-2 sessions. Start with your regular playing schedule — your feet are designed to move this way. If you're currently in highly elevated shoes, you may notice your calves working more at first. This means your feet are strengthening, not struggling.
What about arch support? These don't look like they have much.
By design. Your foot has 33 joints and over 100 muscles, tendons, and ligaments that create natural arch support—when allowed to work. Rigid arch support creates dependency. Muuv strengthens your foot's natural architecture while protecting from court impact.
What's your return policy?
30-day trial period. If they're not right for you, return them. Because we know once you feel the difference, you won't go back.

Spent a day at Disney and feet have not survived as good.
Nicely made. People with wide feet may have difficulty putting on, since tongue has little movement ability. Shoe laces weren't needed to secure or wear. Shoes keep feet insulated from the ground surfaces.
The shoes are snug (still trying to figure out my size), but they have immediately helped my planter fasciitis, which has been a problem for about a year. They are my favorite racquet sport shoe.
Loved the shoe, was a true lace up, but unfortunately, I bought the wrong size and by the time I went through the exchange procedure I was not able to get the size required. They had sold out so disappointed in that but really did like the shoe.
Love that you can slip into them and don't have to worry about the heel and tongue of the shoe. I got them to see if they would help with my plantar fasciitis, but they did not. Wide toe box and comfortable if not for my foot pain.
Have tried a couple other zero drop shoes. These are the best I've tried. I have more stability so as far as being comfortable on my feet these work to allow me to not have to think about balance.
I really wish I could say I love these shoes. They are very comfortable to play in and I have definitely noticed less foot ache. The problem is they are very hard to get on my feet. I have a very high arch and with the solid heel and the narrow opening, I have to use a shoehorn to get my foot in the shoe. Other than that, I love them they are just a pain in the behind to get on. It would be great if it had a normal opening to get your foot into.
The black ones were for my hubby and he loves them!
The white ones were for me, but I feel like they are the wrong size even though I ordered my normal size. My toes hit the end of the toe box and by end of day my feet were cramped.
Would love to trade up if possible!
I think I would also love them if sized up!
I am still reviewing these and comparing to the court shoes. Both shoes are size 13, but the H2o's seem slightly shorter. The overall feel of both shoes are really good and I am excited to find shoes that accommodate my foot issues. I am working on a video and taking time to make sure it is accurate in my description.
Thanks,
James Schumacher
Thank you so much MUV for replacing the previous order tennis shoe. Your company truly stands behind your product and wants to fully satisfy your customers!
I like these so much more than the MUUV Flow i have. I like being able to slip them on without tying them (the laces on the Flow are too long and the tongue is hard to manage). They are very comfortable.
These are well-constructed shoes and look like they will help with my foot problems as well as being a good looking shoe.
I would give it 5 stars if the package had contained a packing slip for easy returns or exchanges. I need a bigger size. I emailed the company a few days ago and am waiting for a response.
Otherwise, Great Shoes!
Initially I had ordered a men’s 9 & upon receiving the order the fit was not proper (snug) upon inserting my foot not comfortable so I requested a replacement or return of the initial order in response to the above once I made contact with customer service.I was informed that there was no need to return the order & I requested a size 10 men’s within a couple of weeks received the proper size …thanks!
I first bought the flow style, and loved them. Plantar fasciitis pain is gone while wearing these shoes.
So I decided ro try the waterproof stride. I never buy white, but since they're waterproof, I hoped they would clean easily.
30 minutes into wearing them, I ran over my foot with a shopping cart. A wet wipe cleaned almost all of the dirt. I'm thrilled!
I wish I knew the difference between the other styles. What are their different features? There's nothing on the website that explains the differences.
My feet are so happy right now! Thank you Muuv!
